An effective treatment for back/neck pain
Discover a better posture
Helpful in symptomatic relief of many diseases
France Quirin is a Registered Osteopath and qualified from the
London School of Osteopathy in 1996. Previous to this he worked
for ten years as a general nurse. Since qualifying he has worked
chiefly in the Birmingham area including working for Boots the Chemist.
Postgraduate courses and relevant experience have developed his
practice in the following areas:
- Neck and Back pain (manipulation)
- Sports Injuries/Dance Injuries
- Work strain and trauma (Ergonomics)
- Chronic Fatigue and ME
- Headaches and Migraines
- Cranial Osteopathy
- Treatment of Babies and Children
- Life Coaching.
Mr Quirin’s approach to these problems is to enable and
empower the patient to create a treatment programme that works for
him or herself depending on personal circumstances. All treatment
programmes have osteopathy at their roots and stand by the principles
of Osteopathy as follows:
- Structure Governs Function.
- The body is a self healing unit.
Thus the osteopath is seen as a facilitator and the patient is
encouraged and directed creating a pain free, more manageable quality
of life.
Techniques used are as follows:
- Manipulation – gentle and vigorous
- Massage and Stretching
- Cranial Work
- Work assessments/Postural Alignments
- Perrin Technique for ME & CFS
- Rehabilitation (problem specific)
Cross referral to practitioners at Head To Toe Health and within
the local area supports the treatments and advice prescribed. All
patients have a personal programme that enables them to set realistic
goals for recovery and further development.
