'For Change That Lasts'
Peter is a qualified hypnotherapist, practising since 1991. He is also a qualified mentor and personal coach with the B.A.C.I.E (The British Association of Commercial and Industrial Educators). Peter is also a qualified NLP master practitioner, having trained with Richard Bandler.
Since 1991 Peter has helped hundreds of individuals in their quest to stop smoking, lose weight and overcome phobias. The following are examples of the programs that Peter uses:
- Virtual Gastric Band Surgery:
A proven technique where clients believe they have had the real procedure, the subconscious mind ‘tricks’ the brain into feeling fuller after much smaller meals-
4 sessions over a period of 6weeks.
- Stop Smoking: A two hour session.
- Fear of Flying: 3 sessions over a period of 6weeks.
Each session lasts 90mins, and after the final session there is a chance to take a flight in a light aircraft with Peter at your side and finally squash the phobia once and for all.

What Happens Next?
Peter offers a free one to one clinic consultation lasting up to 90mins. During this time Peter can get to understand the change you want to achieve in your life and you will get the chance to see if you would like to continue with your personalised program.
At the end of the session Peter will give you feed back on whether he, as a practitioner, is able to help you (the majority of people he can, occasionally he can’t), what pattern the sessions will take and how many sessions you will need. You can then go away and decide whether you would like to continue and take the treatment further (there is no pressure to do so and you can decide at your own pace).
If you feel Peter could help you but your finances are stretched, Peter offers a number of assisted therapy sessions each month to help you through the hard times.
