Pat Taylor has been a State Registered dietician for 30 years and has extensive experience of working with young people and adults with eating disorders, including setting up new services and clinics.
As a senior consultant dietician, specialising in eating disorders, Pat has developed and managed a range of new and specialist dietetic services. She helped to establish the dietetic services for the eating disorders unit, based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
In 2002, Pat was appointed as specialist dietician for Eating Disorders Unit, Priory Hospital, Birmingham for both adults and adolescents. She has worked with young people and provides the dietetic support for Solihull CAMMs Eating Disorder Service.
Pat offers a private outpatient service for Eating Disorder clients, and accepts both medical and self referrals. Pat also works with hospitals, setting up their nutritional services and is therefore able to give expert advice in diet control and nutrition, sports nutrition and dietary advice for systemic diseases e.g diverticulitis, Crohn's disease etc.
